Cancellation policy & eligible amounts
Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
1. Cancellation before arrival: the deposit remains with the owner. a) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the balance of the stay will be charged. b) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the balance of the stay will be charged.
2. Any interrupted or shortened stay or any unused service due to the tenant, for any reason whatsoever, will not give rise to any refund.
3. In the event of cancellation by us, all sums received will be refunded (excluding membership fees).
