What amenities are available in the chalets?
Each chalet is equipped with:
- Dishes for the maximum number of guests (6 to 12 depending on the chalet): plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots...
· a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker.
What equipment is available in the multipurpose room?
The multipurpose room is equipped with tables and chairs (for 40 people) with a fitted kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker) and equipped with crockery.
What should I plan for my stay?
Remember to bring:
· sponge(s) and dishwashing liquid
· Filters for the coffee maker (and the coffee :) )
dishcloths
· bath linen
toilet paper
· bed linens (if you did not choose this option)
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept animals on the site; not even for visitors!
What are the booking conditions?
- Be a member of PEP 33 (if renting several chalets, 1 adult member per chalet is required)
- Minimum booking of 2 consecutive nights.
· During school holidays in our academy (zone A), bookings are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.
· In July/August, bookings are for a maximum of 2 weeks.
Reservations are made per chalet; for example, if you are planning a stay for 18 people, book 3 chalets of 6 people each...

Will I have somewhere to park?
The site has a car park with ONE parking space per chalet.
Arrival & Departure
The spirit of the village of Falgouët is based on trust (no inventory).
One week before your stay you will receive an email containing all the practical information.
You will arrive at the times indicated and you will receive the codes to access the site and your chalet (key box).
Arrival time: 4pm
Departure times from Monday to Saturday: 10am
Departure times on Sunday: 5pm.
Upon your departure, you will be required to clean the property. All instructions will be provided.
Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
1. Cancellation before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains with the owner.
a) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the balance of the stay will be charged.
b) if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the remaining balance of the stay will be charged.
2. Any interrupted or shortened stay or any unused service due to the tenant, for any reason whatsoever, will not give rise to any refund.
3. In the event of cancellation by us, all sums received will be refunded (excluding membership fees).
What are PEP 33?
PEP 33 (Pupils of Public Education of Gironde), a nearly century-old association in the Gironde region, is dedicated to supporting children and young people in education and culture, where solidarity goes hand in hand with secularism and citizenship. Its ongoing work continues, expands, and is now integrated with the support of unaccompanied minors to help them achieve independence in France. True to its core principles, the association works discreetly and effectively with dedicated men and women who are deeply aware of and sensitive to societal issues, particularly those affecting children.
90% of the membership fees collected by PEP 33 are redistributed in the form of aid to children and young people in Gironde in difficulty (school trips, extracurricular activities, canteens...); the remaining 10% is used for the operation of the service.
